Bill has been an investment broker since 1991 and is a managing director and chief financial officer of Dow Capital Management. For a number of years, he served as President of The Portland Club and was a longstanding member of that organization's board of directors. |

Michael V. Dow, MBAInvestment Advisor Managing Director Michael Dow received his Masters in Business Administration from Boston University's Graduate School of Management in 1995. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston University in 1991. Michael has been an investment advisor since graduating. He is an instructor on the subject of investing for a number of local communities’ adult education programs, and he, also, conducts public investment seminars throughout southern, central, and eastern Maine. He is also a managing director of Dow Capital Management, LLC. |

Clifford G. Dow, Sr. (Retired 7-29-2023)CFA, CFP®, ChFCInvestment Broker & Chief Investment Officer
Clifford Dow is a native of, and grew up in, New England. He graduated in 1957 with a Bachelor's degree in physics from Harvard College, and in 1960 with a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Certified Financial Planner, and a graduate of the College for Financial Planning. Clifford started his career in the investment business in 1962 as a securities analyst on Wall Street, and has been in the investment business continuously for over four decades. He is the Chief Investment Officer for Dow Capital Management, LLC. For a number of years, as a member of the faculty of the Continuing Education Division of the University of Maine, he taught courses in business management and organization, accounting, business mathematics and statistics, financial management, and policy formulation and administration. CFP® and Certified Financial Planner™ are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements. |
